SDS Consulting is keen on ensuring collation of lessons learnt and best practices from various programmes implemented by our clients. We employ a ranges of approaches to gather lessons including the Lessons Learnt Approach (LLA). Further we develop knowledge management platforms that allow for proliferation of knowledge throughout the organisation for replication and advancement.
